grass seed heads

A few weeks ago we made grass seed heads . On Tuesday I cut his hair .He is called Bob,he has got a moustache and a tie.He was nearly dead because I didn't water him enough.Now he has long wavy hair and water coming from the bottom of his pot,I wanted to chop all his hair of but then I remembered that it wont grow any more so I didn't.
